Chocolate Dipped Peanuts

1 pound best quality white chocolate coating compound
1 cup or so peanuts (try spicy Mardi Gras Peanuts)

Microwave chocolate in batter bowl on high 1 minute. Stir, even though it looks like it won't stir. Do it anyway. Then microwave on high 1 minute, stir. Do not overheat, but add time by 30 second increments and stir between, just until melted. Add the nuts and drop by a spoon onto a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate about 30 minutes to harden.
