Vietnamese Dipping Sauce - Nuoc Mam Cham

Fromm Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com.

1/4 cup coconut milk
1 teaspon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 small red chili, seeded and chopped, or 1/4 teaspoon dried red chili
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice and some zest
2 tablespoons fish sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve over rice, or as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or chips and other delicious rolled up goodies.
