Chocolate Crisps with Cacao Nibs

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Make this with white chocolate, milk chocolate, or dark chocolate. The dark chocolate is a nice snack, but also pairs beautifully with cheeses and wines and to serve along side of any plate of pie or other dessert.

12 - 16 oz. dark chocolate chips (or milk, or white)
1/4 cup or more cacao nibs
1/2 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
sprinkles of black lava sea salt, if desired

Place the chocolate chips in a batter bowl and melt in microwave 1 minute. Stir. Add another 30-40 seconds, stir to finish melting. Stir in the cacao and fruits. Spread thinly on a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with just a few grains of sea salt, if desired. Allow to harden at room temperature and then break into random pieces.
