Bread and Bacon Wands

seasoned bread sticks (Grissini)
slices of bacon
Cajun-Creole seasoning

Wrap a slice of bacon around a bread stick and sprinkle with the seasoning, as desired. Place on a paper towel lined microwave bacon cooker. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high, using 1 minute per strip of bacon as a guide. Drain and serve. I usually cook them just a little longer, so that the bacon is really browned. When they cool, they become very crispy and I stick them in a glass or jar for serving at a party.
