Tapanade and Talapia

Sun dried tomato tapanade, or olive tapanade
2-3 talapia fillets
snipped fresh chives

Season and preheat cedar or alder plank in oven to 350 degrees. Spread talapia with a little tapanade and sprinkle with chives. Arrange on hot plank. Bake about 20 minutes.
