Grilled Tomato Slices

olive oil
fine bread crumbs

Slice tomatoes about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinke with olive oil and dust with bread crumbs, patting them into the tomato slices. Add seasonings. Place on a hot stove top grill pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side or until slightly browned and not too juicy. Some tomatoes will get very juicy, so watch and remove quickly.
