3-1/2 dozen Italian ladyfingers (1 large package)
Lay 1/2 of the lady fingers on bottom of a 9 by 13 inch dish. In a bowl combine espresso, brandy or other liqueur, and the 1/4 cup sugar and brush 1/2 of it on the ladyfingers. In a beater or processor whip the cream slightly and then add the cheese, powdered sugar, and liquer to blend. Spread 1/2 of this on top of the ladyfingers and then repeat the layers. Sprinkle with chocolate and cover. Refrigerate at least 1 day before serving.
