2-3 pounds chicken breasts, skinned and boned OR 1 pound Chicken Apple Sausages
If using chicken breasts, cut into chunks about 2 inches. If using sausages, cut into pieces about 1 inch thick. In saute pan with lid, combine ingredients. Cover and cook at medium heat 2 hours for the chicken breasts or 30 minutes for the sausages. Serve over freshly cooked pasta or rice.
