Garlic Prawns with White Wine Sauce

6-8 cloves garlic
Peel and grate the garlic. In skillet or saute pan heat oil and add the garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat until garlic starts to brown, but not to burn. Add the prawns, salt, pepper, and spices. Cook and stir until the prawns turn pink, do not overcook. Remove to serving platter. In the hot pan add the wine and with a silicone spatula cook and scrape the browned bits from the pan making a sauce. Cook and stir to reduce the mixture about by half. (Figure 8). Turn off the heat, add the butter and let it melt. Pour over the prawns and enjoy!
