Thanksgiving Coleslaw

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 red bell pepper, shredded
1/2 medium onion, shredded
olives as desired

In batter bowl whisk salt, sugar, paprika, oil, and vinegar well. Vigorously whisk in sour cream and caraway. In food processor with slicing or grating blade in place, shred the cabbage and put into a beautiful bowl. Shred the pepper and onion and toss with the cabbage. Stir in the dressing, and add olives.
