Ginger Snacks

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

crystalline candied ginger cubes
1/2 pound good quality white chocolate coating compound

Microwave the white chocolate in a batter bowl for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave 30-40 seconds more to finish melting. Dip ginger into chocolate and place on waxed paper sheets to cool. Serve. Great served with ice cream or sorbet or with fruit salads.
