If you have just made an angel food cake, you will have a bunch of egg yolks to use up! So make this using the egg yolks and lots of paprika! 2-3 eggs ( OR 8 - 10 yolks left over from making an angel food cake!) In batter bowl whisk eggs with salt and pepper. In small skillet heat oil and add eggs. Scramble the eggs gently. When done to yor liking, place on plate and sprinkle with your choice of paprika.
