Eggs with Paprika

2-3 eggs
salt
pepper
olive oil
paprika (try various kinds such as smoky, hot, sweet)
In batter bowl whisk eggs with salt and pepper. In small skillet heat oil and add eggs. Scramble the eggs gently. When done to yor liking, place on plate and sprinkle with your choice of paprika. This is a good way to experiment with the various tastes of paprika.
