Brie with Artichoke Salsa

Thin cracker bread or crispy flat crackers, such as Croccottini
wedge or wheel of good quality brie (also good with other soft spreadable cheeses, even fontina)
1/2 cup or so of a good salsa (any kind...so many choices!)

Take some of the crackers or the flat bread and arrange on serving plate. Place the brie on top of it. Drizzle with the salsa and provide more crackers and a cheese spreader for serving.
