Olive and Tomato Salad
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. You can change the flavor of this salad by the choice of olives used. A combination of green and black is attractive, but use whatever you have or like! Also, use any greens that you have on hand!
3-4 varieties of olives, or as desired (1/2 cup about)
In a bowl combine olives, tomatoes, broken bread sticks, olive oil and sea salt. Toss gently. Serve over lettuce leaves as a wonderful refreshing salad.
