Dark Chocolate Chili Zucchini Slices
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Great appetizer or salad side dish, served with a nice big red wine.
1-2 small zucchini, unpeeled and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
Slice the zucchini and sprinkle with chili powder. In glass measuring cup melt the chocolate 1 minute in microwave. Stir and add another 30 seconds to finish melting if necessary. Pat each slice of zucchini dry with a paper towel and then dip into the chocolate, using a spoon or fork to swirl and coat. Place on waxed paper or a silicone mat to harden. Serve!
