lean ground beef
salsa or other sauces (check out those "leftovers" in the fridge!)
Monterey jack or other cheese, as desired or not
salt and pepper
barbecue seasonings, as desired
Shape one nice large patty. Place a scoop or two of drained salsa in the center and top with another patty. Add a slice of cheese. Pinch the edges together to hold in the salsa. Sprinkle with seasonings. Barbecue or grill to your desired doneness.
