All Bases Covered Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at A salad that contains all of the current "in" and "healthful" foods for today's lifestyle!

fresh greens such as butter lettuce, spinach, chard, leafy green or red lettuce
zucchini, sliced or julienned
carrot, broccoli, caufliower as desired
red onion, very thinly sliced
red or green bell pepper, thinly sliced or diced
lots of slivered garlic
crystalline candied ginger chunks
fresh or dried raspberries or strawberries, sliced
1 can water packed highest quality tuna, drained and chunked
cucumber, peeled and very thinly sliced
cocoa nibs
black currants, black freshly ground pepper, black olives
1/3 extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tablespoons at least 6 years aged balsamic vinegar
sea salt

Wash and dry the lettuce and tear into pices into the bowl. Add remaining salad ingredients. In a glass measuring cup, whisk the olive oil, vinegar, sea salt adding a pinch of raw sugar or honey if needed to balance the flavor. Drizzle over the salad, toss and serve. Fabulous with hummus and crackers on the side.
