Flaming Brandy for Persimmon Pudding, etc.

1/3 cup freshly opened brandy or whiskey
Pour brandy into a glass 2 cup measuring cup. Microwave 10 seconds to warm it slightly. Pour over persimmon pudding and quickly ignite. It will burn for about 1 minute or so....if it does not ignite, don't worry eat it anyway.
