Green Salad with Tart, Sweet, and Hot

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Be creative, make a fine combination of flavors with something tart, sweet, and hot! Toss in any leftover or freshly cooked fish or seafood. Bay scallops or crab with this is great!

assorted salad greens, as desired
2 - 3 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 - 2 tablespoons wasabi peanuts, or other nuts and seeds
small pieces of cooked fish or crab, etc...
2- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

In a beautiful salad bowl toss together all of the ingredients, adding just enough oil to coat the leaves but not too much.
