Italian Fondue

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

tortellini or other "chunky" pastas that could be speared
olive oil
1 jar good quality pasta sauce, as desired
Grated Parmigiano or Asiago cheese

Cook the pasta as directed on the package, or use your own homemade ones. Coat the cooked pastas with olive oil to prevent them from sticking together. In meantime, heat the pasta sauce in a pan or in a fondue pot. This is a great way to use that fondue pot! To serve, have everyone spear the pasta with fondue forks or with long skewers. Dip into the sauce, and then dip into a saucer of grated cheese.
