Brie Tree

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Perfect for the Christmas season!

a wedge of good quality brie
green olive tapenade
hot chili honey
dried fruits and salted nuts
crackers, bread slices, pear slices, apple slices

Place the wedge of brie on a beautiful platter. Make a trunk out of a bread stick piece. Spread with green olive tapenade, or spread the sauce on the plate. Arrange the brie, and then drizzle with hot chili honey or other colorful dips. Make it festive! Sprinkle with little pieces of dried fruits and nuts. Serve with crackers and also fruit slices.
