Mary's Orange Drop Doughnuts

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sifted flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons grated orange peel

oil for frying

for the glaze:
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add flour, salt and baking powder alternately with orange juice. Drop by teaspoons into hot oil. (375 degrees) Frying time is about 2 minutes, turning them over once. While doughnuts are still warm, roll in orange glaze. To make the glaze, just combine all ingredients!
