Stir Fry Pork with Hoisin

1 pork tenderloin
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices, about 1/2 inch and then slice into slivers. Rub with the mixture of cornstarch and paprika. Set aside. Heat oil in wok or stir fry pan and quickly stir fry the onion, garlic and ginger several minutes. Add the pork strips and continue to cook and stir about 5 minutes, or until pork is done. Scoot it to the sides of the pan and add the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until the bok choy has wilted and flavors have blended. Serve.
