Mushrooms with Steamed Rice

1 recipe white rice, cooked
1 tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil
8 oz. fresh shiitake or other mushrooms
1-2 green onions, slivered
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Steam the rice, as desired. Slice the mushrooms. In heavy bottomed skillet or wok heat the oil and then cook and stir the mushrooms until they just start to release their juices into the pan. This generally takes about 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Stir the hot, cooked rice into this and serve.
