Port Wine Dessert
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. To make the chocolate cups you will need to have some of the small paper liners used for candy making, etc. But, they are not always readily available. Instead just simply use dried figs to make a nice taste treat to go with glasses of port.
3/4 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate in a glass measuring cup 30 seconds in microwave. Stir, and heat another 30 seconds, or until melted. Pour into the paper molds, or other molds as desired. Allow to harden completely and then remove the papers. Arrange the chocolate cups on a flat platter and fill with port wine. Each guest gets one, they can drink the wine and then eat the cup, or some pop the whole thing into their mouth at once. Some people float one on their hot coffee and then the chocolate melts....
