Spicy Baby Shrimp "loaf" Sandwich

soft French bread loaf
small cooked baby shrimp
cayenne or other Cajun or Creole spices as desired
soft butter or mayonnaise

Cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and spread thinly with some soft butter or mayonnaise. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with your choice of seasonings. Tuck into the prepared bread. With a bread knife, slice into sandwiches. Also used as an open faced sandwich.
