Taos Santa Fe Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Drizzle this over a large bowl of mixed greens for a fabulous salad.

1/3 mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain natural yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
pinch of freshly ground pepper
3 - 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil (or 2 - 3 fresh leaves)
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed (or 2 -3 sprigs fresh)
3-4 large spinach leaves
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

lots of fresh greens such as Romaine, leafy lettuce, cabbage, etc...

Combine all dressing ingredients except oil in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Turn blender on low speed. While motor is still running, slowly pour in oil in a thin stream. When all the oil has been absorbed, turn blender on high speed and blend for a few more seconds to thicken.
