Some like cayenne added, some like only herbs... 2-3 cloves garlic On a plate combine the minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried herbs, mustard and sugar. Work it into the ribs and then allow to stand at room temperature 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator. To oven roast, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange ribs on a roasting or broiling rack. Bake about 30 minutes. Turn the ribs over and brush with a small amount of barbecue sauce. Return to oven for about 15 minutes.
