From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Especially beautiful served in a long watermelon boat or basket which you carve using garnishing tools and a small flexible paring knife.
In a large bowl combine all fruit balls and fruit chunks. In a measuring cup, whisk together the dressing ingredients, using any accumulated fruit juices. Toss into the salad and then pile it into the watermelon basket. Garnish and serve.
