Use a good quality home-made or purchased meat or vegetarian pate or hummus. This is a colorful and appealing appetizer to serve with Chardonnay. 2-3 fresh carrots Scrub the carrots. Cut into small finger food sized chunks. Place in bowl, cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 3-4 minutes. Cool.
