Melon Balls Spiced

cantalope or other summer sweet melon
Make melon balls or simply cut melon into finger food sized chunks. Scatter spinach leaves over a serving platter and put the melon balls on the top. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle on a little balsamic. Pinch on some pepper.
