Use this method for premium tasting and colorful nutritious cabbage wedges. Or, arrange on a baking sheet and roast them. Either way, so delicious. 1 small head red cabbage Wash and trim the cabbage, cutting into wedges and leaving the core intact. Arrange in a round glass or ceramic baking dish. If using apples, arrange between amd under the cabbage wedges. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover with a glass or ceramic lid, or waxed paper.
