Cook beans in a pressure cooker when time allows (about 40 minutes total) or open a can of beans. 1 tablespoon garlic infused oil In large skillet or saute pan, heat oil and then add garlic, peppers and bay leaf. Saute until peppers have just begun to soften, about 4 minutes. Add beans, sage, and hot sauce. Simmer gently to develop flavors. Remove bay leaf.
