Celery with Gorgonzola

Wash and scrub the celery, reserving any of the green leaves for garnish. Cut into pieces at a slant into about 2 inches long sections. In a bowl, blend together the cheese, balsamic, oil and pepper unti soft and creamy. Fill the celery pieces and garnish with celery leaves.
