Prawns with Mystery Sauce
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve this with Zinfandel or Sauvignon Blanc and don't spend too much time telling people what the mystery is!
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
In batter bowl combine the peanut butter and catsup. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir to blend, adding another 30 seconds if needed to warm enough to make a sauce. In heavy bottomed saute pan heat oil and then cook prawns 2-3 minutes, or until done. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, arrange the prawns on a platter around the bowl of sauce and snip some cilantro over everything. Dip and eat.
