Grazing Apple "Pie"

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Perfect for a wine and cheese party grazing dessert.

1 box Tortas de Aceite from Spain (or baked pie crust rounds in 5 inch circles)
1-2 apples
1 teaspoon brown sugar
sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
French brie

Arrange the crispy tortas on serving plates and set aside. Peel and core the apples. Slice into thin wedges and place in batter bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and spices. Cover with waxed paper sheet. Microwave on high, using 3 minutes per apple as a guide. Usually 5 minutes for the two medium apples works just fine. When done, allow to cool. Gently spread a little brie cheese over the tortas, and then arrange the apple slices over that. Great with a sweet dessert wine such as Vin Santo or Sherry, Marsala or even a Tawny Port.
