Baby Shrimp on Bread Rounds

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Pair this with a glass of great Zinfandel!

2 handfuls cooked baby shrimp
2 tablespoons Wasabi Ginger Sauce
1-2 tablespoons Cranberry Spinach Salad Dressing, or other great dressing
crispy bread rounds, or crispy rice crackers

In a bowl toss the shrimp with the sauce and dressing. Spoon onto bread rounds or crackers and serve.
