Prosecco and Serrano Brie

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 wedge best quality Brie cheese
drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
very finely diced Serrano ham or Prosciutto
apple or pear slices
bread slices or crackers

Arrange the brie on serving plate. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle the top to cover with very finely diced Serrano or Prosciutto. Serve with crackers or thin bread slices, or apple and pear wedges. This pairs perfectly with a good quality chilled Prosecco, Champagne, or Sauvignon Blanc.
