Crepes with Sun Dried Tomato Symphony
From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Pair this with Sauvignon Blanc for a fabulous first course. Plan on one crepe folded in a triangle per person.
1 recipe crepes (see basic recipe in data base)
1 jar Sun Dried Tomato Symphony Spread
Spread a thinn layer of the spread mix over each crepe. Fold in half, and then in quarters to form a triangle. Arrange on a platter. This is finger food extraordinaire! This is a perfect match for a Sauvignon Blanc or Chenin Blanc. (Zinfandel if you insist on a red wine!)
