Asian Shrimp Banana Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at A great combo of flavors!

1- 2 cups best quality cooked baby shrimp
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 - 2 teaspoons Wasabi or horseradish
1 teaspoon sesame oil or other oil of choice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 green onions, snipped
1-2 ribs celery, very finely minced
1-2 bananas, sliced
baby greens, endive, cabbage etc......
pinches of coarse sea salt

Put the cooked baby shrimp in a large salad bowl and toss in the soy sauce. Set aside. In a glass measuring cup whisk together the mayonnaise, wasabi, sesame oil and olive oil. Add the green onions, celery and bananas to the salad bowl along with lots of baby greens, endive and some grated cabbage. Toss in the dressing and serve. Sprinkle on a bit of sea salt if desired.
