Use firm white fish that will hold its shape when cut into cubes. 2-3 firm fish fillets Cut the shark fillets into cubes about 1 1/2 inches, or any size that will stay on a skewer. Marinate them in the oil, salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes or until they float to the top. Drain. Arrange the fish chunks, the gnocchi, and the red pepper pieces on skewers, ending with a prawn. Broil or grill until the fish is done and the prawns have turned pink.
