Olive Paste and Blue or Taleggio Cheese on French Bread

French bread or baguette
olive paste (see recipe to make your own, or use a bottled tapenade
taleggio cheese, or any blue or brie
freshly snipped chives

Cut the bread into manageable slices on the angle. Spread with the olive paste, and then dollop on a small wedge of the cheese. Top with freshly snipped chives or green onion tops. Serve as an appetizer or side dish to salads, etc.
