toasted bread slices
sliced cloves of fresh garlic
extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

This means "to roast over coals" in Italian, but we can make it using little toast squares. Then rub each toast piece with slices of garlic, and then drizzle on some oil. Salt and pepper, and serve warm.
