Brie with Toppings

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Try serving a rich triple creme cheese using green beans that have been steamed slightly. Yum!

wedges or wheels of best quality Brie cheese
savory jams and spreads
pear and apple slices
baby leaves
edible flowers, when available
crispy firm crackers or bread slices
vegetable slices of all kinds, raw or cooked and cooled

Arrange brie on plate, spread with your choice of topping. Side by side application of 2 varieties is nice for large wedges of cheese. Provide crackers and a good little knife or spreaders. Presentation is fun and easy and can be very "artful"! This is the beginning of all good parties!
