Smoked Salmon or Tuna in Stove-Top Smoker

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Just change the seasonings for variety! The Camerons Stove-Top Smoker is highly recommended (available in most cookware stores).

fresh salmon, or tuna fillets or steaks
a few sprinkles of toasted sesame seed oil
coarse or fine sea salt
Herbes d Provence, or other herbs such as dill, etc.

Follow the directions for the stove top smoker. Season the fish and smoke gently as described for about 25-30 minutes. These are wonderful, moist and gently smoked.
