Spring Salad with Lemon Oil Dressing

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. The lemon flavor is great with salty foods, such as baked ham.

fresh mixed baby greens
zest of the lemon
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/3 cup olive or macadamia or avocado oil

Dump the salad greens into a beautiful bowl. Sprinkle with the lemon zest. In measuring cup, whisk the juice, garlic, salt and oil. Drizzle over greens and serve.
