A modern version of the primitive loaves which were made before wheat was easy to find. This is a solid dense loaf. Slice and enjoy with coffee or tea. 1 1/2 cups oatmeal Mix everything together in a bowl and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Lightly oil loaf pan with olive oil and sprinkle with a bit of flour.
