Apricot Nut Balls and Fresh Grapes

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Great with chilled sparkling wine, or even a sweet Port

1 cup San Benito dried Blenheim apricots
1 cup toasted nuts (almonds or cashews)
1 teaspoon orange or lemon juice
finely chopped salted peanuts, pistachios, and coconut
fresh grapes in bunches

Combine apricots, nuts, and orange juice in food processor with steel chopping blade in place. Blend until pasty. Shape into balls. Roll some in the finely chopped nuts and some in coconut. Wash and pat the bunches of grapes dry with paper towel. Arrange on platter, placing the apricot balls in and around the grapes to make a nice presentation.
