Carrot and Kohlrabi Salad

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at Great served with grilled ahi tuna.

2-4 carrots
1-3 small kohlrabi, or turnips, or rutabagas
drizzles of extra virgin olive oil
sea salt

Using food processor with the smallest of the grater attachments in place, process the vegetables into very thin shreds. Pile attractively on the plate, and drizzle with oil and salt. Also delicious with other oil and vinegar dressings. The kohlrabi is very flavorful, so one does not need much more than the olive oil, however.
