Dinner on one Plate
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. One dinner plate per person, with freshly grilled steak served over a huge bed of fresh greens and other vegetables on the side.
1-4 filet steaks
Brush each side of the steaks with a tad bit of olive oil and rub on the seasoning. Heat stove top grill or outdoor grill. Place steaks on the grill and cook GENTLY for 1-2 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. Remove to cutting board and cut the steak into finger food sizes. Arrange attractively on a bed of lettuce. Don't forget to eat the lettuce, too.
